I had the pleasure of staying at a motel with a great location near a beautiful little lake. The friendly management went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They even allowed me to have my dog with me, which was a lifesaver when my car broke down. The spacious room and delicious menu made my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a noisy shower, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this motel for its excellent hospitality and prime location.

For $110 per night we have stayed in better accommodation. There where holes in the towels. Mattress was too firm. We have special dietary needs and take our our breakfast, they provide a toaster but no knife, plate, no bowl. The heater rattled, the shower leaked all over the floor. The dvd player jammed. Only a couple of TV channels offered for use on AusStar. They came and made the bed and left the mattress protector folder up in the corners, we had to re-make it. Kettle did not fit under bathroom tap for us to have coffee. Paint chipped on walls in bathroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom, so everything steamed up.

i was told there would be two queen size beds in the rooms, they were in fact only double - squashed up against a wall. Even though there was beds for six, there was no sofa and only two chairs around a very small table for eating. It was also stuck in the 70's :(

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the prices were incredibly affordable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff were attentive, friendly, and kind, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with easy access to everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, with a spa bath and a comfortable bed. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations!

It was intended only as a place to stay over night on the way to another destination.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water for the shower when we arrived around 8 PM after driving all day. Three out of the four of my family were unable to have a shower that night. The staff agreed to grant a discount for the inconvenience, and did try to resolve the problem at the time. The gas heated shower system is shared by two other rooms. I feel this needs to be looked at.

This hotel is conveniently located for an overnight stop. It is close to the center of town and the hospital. The rooms have been renovated recently and include a microwave, basic plates, and cutlery. The owners are friendly and kind. They offer pet-friendly rooms and blankets instead of doonas.

One of the rooms has no lake view.

Privacy. Being able to relax. The good surroundings.

Train noise late evening.

Easy to get to and close to family. Priced well and facilities were clean and adequate for our needs.

No complaints have stayed before and we just needed a nice place to stay. Close to family and in a good price range.

This hotel is a great value for money! First, the location is quiet and peaceful, yet still easily accessible to nearby attractions. Secondly, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Lastly, the room was spacious and had everything we needed like a comfortable bed and basic amenities. Plus, the breakfast was a great start to our day. From the reviews, I was impressed that the hotel provides guests with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates. Also, the split system seems to work well according to one review and I'm sure it made the stay even more enjoyable.
